Zhejiag Hongfei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one of the leading wearing spare part manufacturers in China. Our company has our own fabrication workshop and foundry of 50,000 square meters. More than 200 workers are working here, including 20 technicians and engineers in Zhejiang Province. It takes about 3 hours by car from Shanghai Port. We have been in this industry for over 20 years.
We are the OEM manufacturer for the big company as ESCO, Sandvik, Metso, TAP, BYG, SBM, Shanbao, etc. Our spare parts are wearable and long working life, which can save the operation cost of users.
Our company produces 15,000 tons of wear-resistant casting per year, mainly including high manganese steel ASTM A128, high chrome iron ASTM A532, carbon steel, etc. We have passed ISO9001:2008 and CE certificates. About 60% of our products are exported to the USA, Canada, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America.
Our main products are wearing spare parts of construction and crushing machinery, including jaw plate for jaw crusher, impact hammer for impact crusher, cone mantle for cone crusher and also Chocky bar & wear button for bucket for mining, quarry and earthmoving industries. It is made with lost foam casting, sand mold casting and wood mold casting.
